Hymn 841

VERSE 1
Blessed union the holy matrimony
You are solemnized for real today.
Let the husband be the head of all affairs
As the Lord is the head of the church.

Refrain
Remain one, remain one in the Lord
You are one in spirit and truth today
You are no more divided
Let the wife be subject to her husband.

VERSE 2
That rib which was missed in you today is found
Take good care of it, treasure it is
Show your love and do not pay evil for good
That your pray’rs may always be answered.

VERSE 3
From creation it was made man and His wife
Even other creations of God
May the vows that you make today for yourselves
Bind you both before the Lord for e’er.

Amen
