Hymn 965

VERSE 1
In this new year, full of grace,
Lord we are pleading with Thee.
Guard and guide us by Thy grace,
Grant that we stray not from Thee.

VERSE 2
In this wonderful new year,
Remember, Lord, Thy promise;
Our souls Thou would safely bear,
In this, vindicate Thyself.

VERSE 3
In this new year full of grace,
Olumba remember us,
Though sinful, Father forgive;
May our pray'rs ascend to Thee.

VERSE 4
Thanks, glory, wisdom and pow'r,
To Thee, gracious, Lord belong;
In this new year, O! Father,
May Thy praises be our song.

Amen
