Hymn 22

VERSE 1
One step He took, the whole world grumbled
About the Kingdom that He has brought to us
He ushers, He ushers salvation unto us
That we may be saved.

VERSE 2
He set His throne among men on earth
To rule us the chosen, He has called to share
He nurtures, He nurtures us with words, showing same
That we grow in love.

VERSE 3
He reigns on high and below, He sways
His pow’r, sovereignty eludes man’s perception
With imperium, pr’eminence, He guards His children
That we may be free.

VERSE 4
His strength prevails through heaven and earth
To us in trouble, His might thus give to us
Redemption, redemption from sorrows and dolor
And glee us to cheer.

Amen
