Hymn 385

VERSE 1
O! Lord, let not Thy chosen ones,
Fall into a great temptation,
Never let Thy children
come short of Thy glory.

VERSE 2
Hold us fast with Thy pow’rful hands;
Protect us from the wicked world;
Olumba, the great King,
Let us not perish, Lord.

VERSE 3
We rejoice in Thy salvation,
Which Thou freely hast given us;
May we trust Thee alone,
Praising Thy Holy Name.

VERSE 4
Lord, may thanks, honour, majesty,
Be given to Thee forever,
Vanquisher, conqueror,
The beginning and end.

Amen
