VERSE 1
O! Come, Thou dear Prince of Peace,
Unto us, be the shield and tow'r,
Help us through when we pray,
For Thine Lord, is the greatness.

VERSE 2
From Thee, may we not shrink, Lord,
Clinging to the lust of the earth;
Banish from us, dear Lord,
All pains and sickness that ruin.

VERSE 3
To birds, without nest, that fly,
Thou has been their home and shelter,
Thee we beseech, Father,
Make Thy wings our hiding place.

VERSE 4
May Thy love in us abide,
That our voices, daily we raise,
Praising Thy wondrous name,
Most adorable Father.

VERSE 5
Thou bright Sun of Righteousness,
Illumine us with Thy radiance;
Hearken unto our pray'rs
Offered, Lord, daily to Thee.
