Hymn 426

VERSE 1
Hear my pray'r, O! Dear Father,
Thou art my God, save me, I pray;
Help me through this world of sin,
Hear me, O! Lord, when I cry.

VERSE 2
Hear my pray'r, O! Lord, I plead,
Stretch forth Thy hands and me, protect
For without Thee, I’m helpless;
Leave me not to go astray.

VERSE 3
Hear my pray'r, merciful God;
I put my trust in Thee alone;
When my enemies oppress,
Hide my soul in Thee, I pray.

VERSE 4
Hear my pray'r merciful God,
Shine Thou, the light of salvation,
That Thy servant may rejoice,
And joyfully sing Thy praise.

VERSE 5
Hear my pray'r, O! Lord, to Thee,
Grant me the will to serve Thee more
That I may remain with Thee
In Thy Kingdom Forever.

Amen
