VERSE 1
The Lord is born, He’s born this day
In the city of David;
Our Saviour, which is Christ the Lord
Is born in Bethlehem.

VERSE 2
From distant east came three wise men,
With their gifts to worship Him:
Gold, frankincense and myrrh, they gave
To Him the new born King.

VERSE 3
Hosanna to the new born King,
Let the children shout for joy;
Let young and old rejoice and sing,
The Lord is born today.

VERSE 4
Thou Emmanuel, the Prince of Peace,
We have come to worship Thee
To sing thy praise for ever more:
Bless us, thou new born King.
