Hymn 680

VERSE 1
The day of resurrection,
The day of great joy,
The children of God should rejoice
With Him, He has conquered grave.

VERSE 2
Fulfilled are the words of Christ;
"When this Temple, ye
Destroy, in three days I shall build";
Vict’ry over death assured.

VERSE 3
Hallelujah! He’s risen;
Lift up your voices
He holds the keys to life and death;
He's the beginning and end.

VERSE 4
Jubilantly, sing His praise,
Salvation is great;
He died, so that we may have life;
And have it abundantly.

VERSE 5
Hallelujah! be Joyful;
Our Lord is risen
Into great glory from the death,
Vict'ry o’er death is assured.

Amen
