Hymn 682

VERSE 1
Hosanna Christ the Lord is risen
He is risen on the third day
Precisely after the sabbath,
His words have been fulfilled.

VERSE 2
The everlasting King is risen,
His rising has brought life to all,
Yea! All faithful in all nations;
Sing and rejoice in Him.

VERSE 3
Sing hosanna, the Lord is risen,
Perfecting mankind’s redemption,
Granting to all His profound peace,
Making mankind rejoice.

VERSE 4
All that was said by Jesus our Lord,
Concerning His own Divine self,
Has manifested completely,
As The Lord did promise.

VERSE 5
Great is the joy all over the earth,
In the risen Christ from the death,
To Him all honour and glory,
We give eternally.

Amen
