Hymn 743

VERSE 1
Children of God, harden not your hearts,
The word of God is a two-edg’d sword
So pow’rful, piercing the soul and the heart
Dividing the spirit and the flesh.

VERSE 2
Hearken now unto the voice of God
The word of God, is the bread of life
The unbelievers shall ne’er taste thereof
Believers alone shall eat and live.

VERSE 3
The hidden treasure, the word of God
Lo! It’s better than silver and gold
Harden not your hearts today when you hear
That you perish not as those of old.

VERSE 4
Our Father, yea Olumba Obu
Word of God manifested in flesh
He teaches, practices the word, the same
The greatest Teacher man ever sees.

Amen
