Hymn 853

VERSE 1
Father before Thy temple
Thee little baby we bring
For your protection and leadership
O! Lord sanctify it
Let this child be unto Thee
Holy and accepted.

VERSE 2
Thy Father and Thy mother
Honour and obey them both
That your life on earth may please the Lord
Who gives you protection
This is the first commandment
That your life maybe well.

VERSE 3
To the seekers of this gift
Father grant their heart desires
For being partakers of this blessing
O! the Ancient of days
Let the child blessing today
Be their testimony.

Amen
